Today I made @lidiabastianich ‘s white bean bruschetta and ziti with pesto and crispy bacon. So, so good! Full disclosure: I already had 3 quarts of pesto in my freezer from my herb garden harvest last fall, so I used that instead of Lidia’s recipe. Also I had a loaf of bread I made using a recipe from @kenforkish ‘s book Flour Water Salt Yeast in my freezer (yeah, lots of surprises in my freezer!) and it was perfect for the bruschetta. This was NOT gluten-free or dairy free but you can easily sub GF pasta and skip the cheese if you wish. #eyesonthegoodlife #theresaskitchen #whitebeanbruschetta #lidia #pesto #pasta #baconmakesitbetter #snowdayeats
